Damaged or Faulty Products
Prior to our products being dispatched, they are checked to ensure the hardware is functioning correctly. In the unlikely event that your hardware is not working as it should, please contact us or call 07827 537 906 immediately on receipt of your order.
In the event of hardware that doesn't appear to be working correctly, we will often ask you to take a photo of the issue and attach it to your email. That will help us to understand the issue you are facing and saves time resolving issues.
For new products, we require that you report hardware damage to us within seven days from receiving your delivery.
All of our hardware is covered by warranty, however, the time period to report any hardware damage varies according to individual products. Contact us to see how long your product warranty period is. All reports of hardware damage are dealt with on a case by case basis and determination of fault and liability is at the sole discretion of Strictly Banners.
Print is not covered under warranty and once an electronic proof is signed off by you or a person/agency acting on your behalf, it will be printed as per the artwork that was set up or provided to us. If you do require changes to print after purchase, this will incur an additional print cost plus any delivery charges applicable.
If your print appears to be faulty in any way, please contact us with a photo and we will assess potential issues with you. Determination of any issues and resolution of those issues is at the sole discretion of Strictly Banners.
The vast majority of the products that we supply have some degree of customisation and therefore we urge you to consider you are purchasing the correct products for your needs up front because we are unable to provide refunds in the event you change your mind after purchase. We are here to help you ensure your product purchase is suitable for your needs.
